If you are looking for very complicated cases or rare syndromes you are probably in the wrong blog. Cases are real patient encounters. However, in keeping with the patient confidentiality rules, no identifying information will be revealed. Demographic characteristics of the patients are changed. In addition cases are not presented in the chronologic order they are seen.
